My lifelong fascination with movement started with ballet classes at 2 years old, which I have now studied for over 50 years and taught for over 30 years. This provided me with an invaluable understanding of how the human body works. I feel I am the Sherlock Holmes of the what, why and how of anatomy. People say to me ‘Have you got X-ray vision, how do you KNOW that?’
Body alignment with Pilates classes dictates the muscles called into play and understanding this gives you the option to make every movement safely work for you, not against you, and effect change at a deep level. I am able to pinpoint your specific problem, (cause and effect) and then translate that into easy to understand explanations. I will equip you with the knowledge so that you are in the driving seat of your body and not just a passenger. If our body breaks down we can not buy another one!!
